The “FOCUS” Plan.
This is a an in depth Upper/Lower split. 4 sessions over the course of 1 week.
Your plan will consistent of a training plan that you will follow for the next 12 weeks.

This is the perfect plan for individuals who are;
•Just getting into training
•People who are potentially relatively new to the gym
•If your an individual who has spent a long period of time away from the gym
•Recently come back from an injury
•Do not have much time to train
If you are any of these people then this is the ideal split for you.
